After completing her Engineering degree in Fisheries & Aquaculture (2021) from Hassan-II Agronomy and Veterinary Institute (IAV Hassan-II, Rabat), Sokayna has decided to lean towards the entrepreneurial world. She is now the R&D leader of the startup Jodoor!For 6 months, Sokayna has been working on her graduation project of her own suggestion. It was about modeling and setting up an “Aquaponics System” using Deep Water Culture (DWC). She believed that soilless cultivation in a closed loop system adopting circular economy will be the best solution for farmers who face climate change issues.As an INFJ, Sokayna is driven by bettering human conditions. She is dedicated, motivated and principled towards projects with humanitarian causes. She gains the most satisfaction from her work/activity when it can turn her ideas into reality, creating constructive and sustainable change for other people.
